How does the free trial work?
Start with 14 days free, with up to 10 vehicle claims—whichever comes first. No credit card required. Once you’ve used all 10, subscribe to start another vehicle; you can finish those first 10 until your 14 days are up. We want you to give DentSheet a fair go on real work. If you need longer or a hand getting started, reach out.
What is included?
One monthly subscription covers your independent shop, your team, claims, inspections, photos, estimates, and referral partner portal. There are no per-user charges.
When does billing start?
Your trial does not automatically turn into a paid subscription. Your first payment is collected only when you choose to subscribe, including if you subscribe before your trial ends. Your subscription renews monthly, and the final amount, including applicable taxes, is shown before you confirm payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage your payment method, download invoices, or cancel renewal in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid billing period.
What happens to my existing claims?
Your records stay intact. If your subscription ends, you can still view and export existing records. A paid subscription is needed to continue working on claims.
What about existing development partners?
Existing partner agreements are handled individually. Your billing manager can see your shop’s arrangement in Settings → Billing. We won’t retroactively charge for early access.
